Happy New Year!
I haven’t really made a resolution. I always resolve to be healthier and fit. It doesn’t always work out. Resolutions are made to be broken.
Anyway, reflecting on last year:
I had a great start. Last January I started regularly juicing, eating well and exercising a bit more. I played a bit of rugby too. I don’t fast, I don’t think its safe (personal). I ended up losing around 20 pounds from January to August.
Then I got married in September and stopped tracking my steps, weighing myself, or logging my food. I gained 10 pounds. I’m not very sure about exactly when it happened but I think it must’ve been over a 3 month period.
On the bright side? I haven’t gained back everything. I am getting back into the swing of eating healthy. I am pretty sure the gain was from A) Lack of exercise, B) Eating out/ordering, C) Holiday junk and D) Just being to busy to even consider the consequences. My clothes (including the smaller sizes I got) still fit. They are just a bit tight. LOL
